Blog's guidelines
Contents and stuff
RevEng3 was born in 2022 as a collection of notes and analyses, but much has changed since then. Life, priorities, and a growing set of interests have reshaped this space.
Initially focused on IT Security, especially macOS and iOS, the blog remains rooted in these topics. You'll find explorations into Shellcode and Assembly (both Intel and ARM), as well as a deep dive into API Penetration Testing and broader Penetration Testing strategies. Automating processes, sharing techniques, and pushing boundaries—this is what drives the content here.
But RevEng3 isn't just about security. My passion for Swift and the ambition to build a fully-fledged macOS application ensures that development and coding remain central themes.
And then there's AI. Like many, I’ve ventured into OpenAI's ecosystem, tinkering with ChatGPT and Gemini, thus exploring their boundaries. Expect a mix of practical and experimental content as I document my journey into the world of machine intelligence.
TFIL Topics
Sometimes, you’ll find content that veers completely off course from programming, security, or any tech-related topic. These are TFIL Topics—math, philosophy, random curiosities, or whatever catches my interest at the moment. Feel free to dive in—who knows, you might learn something new or simply enjoy the ride.
Media
While writing is my first love, I recognize the power of video. As a result, many articles will feature embedded content from Vimeo and YouTube, offering a richer, more engaging experience.
